AMENDMENT & POSTPONE POLICY

We require 1 day in advance at least, before your arrival. Amendment/Postpone of less than 1 day prior to arrival date will be subject to 1 night full rate charge and we require cancellation or amendment via emailing to reservations@morooms.com only. Credit card guarantee is required.

The payment shall be paid by customer upon arrival. The hotel will not charge any payment from this reservation unless cancellation has been made.

Any additional request, will be directly charge to the guest as incidentals upon check-in at the hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• No charge will be levied on cancellations made more than 7 day(s) prior to the check-in date.
• Cancellation made between 4 day(s) and 6 day(s) will be charged 50% from the total amount of rooms reserved.
• Cancellation made between 0 day(s) and 3 day(s) will be charged 100% from the total amount of rooms reserved.
• No show will be charged 100% from the total amount of rooms reserved.
